My Vodafone App

I have CallYa smartphone special sim card but I cannot login to the my vodafone app. It keeps saying  my username or password is wrong even though I will be logged in on my laptop.

Please start the app in Vodafone moblie network, not in WiFi.

I did start it on mobile  network and it still would not let me log in.
