Hello!
Today I have moved to a new apartment. I would like to transfer my vodafone kabeldeutschland to this new address..
I have already used https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel/meine_kundendaten/umzugsservice.
but it shows me the message that I will get a POST from vodafone within 4 weeks for the next steps. Since I have already moved to my new address, is it possible to speed up this process? Currently I have no internet at home 😞

the move itself is already in our system. The next step is that a technician will call you for an appointment.
One of our colleagues hast to come to your new flat to install the connection properly.

No - and the mail will go to your old address.
Usually you can try to connect your router to the antenna outlet and see if it comes online - if you are lucky, it works. If not, you need a technician to set it up - which will obviously only work in case your new address is connected to the Vodafone cable network.

I was contacted by a partner company of vodafone and technician will visit my new apartment tomorrow.
Also, I connected the kabel model to kabel port and internet already started working.
