Loyalty Benefits

Hi,

I have been a subscriber of Vodafone Internet-tv-phone package from April 2016 to till date. Even when I loved my apartment I shifted the connection with and paid additional setup changes also.

Being a loyal customer for past 4+ years I have still not received an contracts extension benefits or laoyalty bonus. My colleagues do receive such benefits from their service provider like O2, 1to1, telekom etc.

Kindly review and account history and let me know what benefits I can avail or a. Eligible for

if there are special offers for existing customers, you will find them in the customer portal. Unfortunately we do not have such a general offer.
