Unfortunately I don't speak German well. I have been trying to reach English customer services for some time.

I am a customer of Vodafone Kabel in Berlin. I had a visit yesterday from technicians of Deutsch Telekom. They said that vodafone had made a mistake in the area infrastructure and that I have to call vodafone to request a new router (Fritzbox 6490) instead of the one I have or otherwise my internet connection will not work starting Monday. I can't reach the customer service and I've sent e-mail but no replies. Any Urgent help please.

Hello Shady_A,

 

did you contact us via Twitter or Facebook? The Telekom has nothing to do with the cable line and the statement from the technician doesn't make sense.
