Hello Vivek03,

you have two contracts with us now. Instead of a change, a new contract (new customer number) has been concluded. I don't think that's what you wanted.I cancel the new contract, okay?

You have returned the cable router from your previous contract. I'm adding the new cable router to your previous contract.

Afterwards I take care of the change from 400 mbit/s to 100 Mbit/s for 34,99 €.

I have replied to you on private message, I have return the old WiFi and new contract starts from 10.01.2019, please dont cancel new contract, old contract needs to be cancelled.

the way you imagine it, it won't work. Your old contract has a minimum contract duration and cannot be cancelled immediately. The new contract can still be revoked.

Hello Tina,
I think there is some misunderstanding, I have intitial contract with 400Mbit/s for 1 year and then I need to chagne the rate of internet therefore, I have did the same, before the contract ends I have change my rate of internet from 400 Mbit/s to 100Mbits /s,  that means contract is remains same.

Hello Vivek,

please check your order confirmation. The contract has a duration of at least 24 months. After the first 12 months you have the possibility to change to a smaller tariff. However, you have concluded a new, additional contract.
