I need somebody to help me to delete the old community account or connect the old community account to my MeinVodafone then delete this temporary account.

 

Can anybody help me?

please LogIn with your the accountyou want to cancel and look here. You could't merge the accounts.

 

Then you go on the button Konto schließen. After that your account is deleted complete.

Hi, Sebastian,

 

I checked the link. It is the link to reset the password of MeinVodafone account.

 

But the problem is:

I have one "MeinVodafone" account, and I know the password of it.

I have two "Community" account, an old one and this one (bby).

I receive messages about my old "Community" account every day, but I can not delete the old "Community" account.

The old "Community" account has the same email address with my "MeinVodafone"

So I have to set another email address for this "Community" account

The reason is I didn't close my old "Community" account when I delete my old "MeinVodafone" account.

When I registered a new "MeinVodafone" account, I have no access to my old "Community" account which is linked to my old "MeinVodafone" account but has the same email address.

 

I hope I described my problem clearly.

 

What I need:

Delete my old "Community" account, then I can set the email address to this account

Or

Delete this "Community" account and link the old "Community" account to my "MeinVodafone" account, then I can use my old "Community" account.
