Willkommen in der Vodafone Community
When I first suscribed to Kabel Deutschland, many years ago I set up two mailboxes for use with Outlook.
firstname.lastname@example.org - Primary
email@example.com - Secondary
I have had connection problems in the past with the primary, but they have usualy gone away after a day or two.
This time it seems permanent. I managed to figure out how to change the passwords to my wife's mailbox, and I think I have changed the primary one.
I tried to add this primary to the ' mailboxes' page, but it came back saying I was blocked owing to spam.I haven't seen any signs of spam.
How do I get someone to unblock this mailbox, as there doesn't seem to be a category for that in raising a ticket?
