Hello,
I have been looking at my online account and it does not seem correct.
I have changed my contract with vodaphone as of last December and have changed the address as I moved.
Looking at the online account the changes have not been made. My old address is still there (***) and the Cable 32 program seems to be still active.
I have made a request for change of address and service to *** with a DSL100 program as of last December.
Could you please clarify the status for me?
