I am an existing user and I would like to request to transfer the ownership of my current "Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable" contract to my husband name.
Could you please help me with the process?

It's possible to transfer the contract to your husbands name.
If you're living in North Rhine-Westphalia, Hesse or Baden-Wurttemberg use this form.
For all other federal states send me a private message with the following data:
- customer number
- full name
- full address
- date of birth
I'll check some details and send you the form. 🙂

Hello,
I have requested for the transfer of ownership.
As per the directions in the document I had filled and sent the application through the portal (https://www.vodafone.de/nachweis).
It has been more than a week and until now there is no response. Could you please help us in this.
