I can't reset my password, I'am not receiving the reset email

I created this new account to put this post as I can't connect to my main account linked to my email : XXX

I forgot the password, I tried many time to reset it but I 'am not receiving any email when doing the steps, even in my Spam mail folder. 

Would it be possible to send a reset link to my email ?
