Hi there
I would like to cancel my contract by the end of this year 2019. Please advise how to do so. This is very important so please reply immediately. I do not want to extend it. Please send me a confirmation with the exact day the Internet wants to stop.
Also, I have been having issues with proper internet, please help me.

Hi veenaalmad,
you can cancel the contract with a notice period of 3 months in advance. Do you use MeinVodafone? There you can cancel the contract by yourself, if you added the contract about you customernumber. Alternatively, you can send a written cancellation -
by mail to:

Thank you. I have mailed the Gigacube cancelation letter. I also asked Vodafon store manager to fax my details. Unfortunatley, I didn't hear back. How do I know they received my fax?
Please help me.

I have done almost everthing to cancel my account and I dont want to pay anything after this december. I have been geniunenly asking for help since this August. BTW, the customer service only speaks in Germany and it is very difficult for me to ask for help.
