Hallo Vodafone
I am located in Stelle, Niedersachsen. Since last October I am trying to cancel my contract, due to an extensive failure of your services in our area, we did not have an internet connection constantly. I have called you many times. One of your colleagues had then assured me that my contract would be terminated due to the failure, but it never did. I never received cancellation confirmation and you kept charging my bank account. I tried again to call you again, many times since then, without any luck. I could not address a Vodafone store, because they were closed due to corona.
I want to cancel my contract because you can not provide adequate Internet services in our area. I have not been able to use your services since last October.
Please cancel my contract and stop charging me. Please let me know what is the standard procedure I should follow in this case.
