Hi Vodafone,
I want to a get my contract terminated as early as possible, however it looks like that my contract end for my internet was adjusted to a later date. It supposed to be ending on 28.07.2023, but it now shows 05.11.2023.
For my TV connection, it is still on 28.07.2023, so no issue with that, but only with the internet it is adjusted.
Can you move it back to the original date. Unfortunately, I want to really want to get out of this contract due to poor connection which affects my remote work!

and that change caused te new contract term. For this change of tariff, you also received a written confirmation by e-mail or post, in which the new term is included.

if your contracts have different termination dates, this is usually because a change has been made to the contract in the meantime.
Have you changed your internet contract, for example, switched to a different tariff? If so, this explains the different termination date.

Hi, I did not request a change of tariff, but I remember someone from Vodafone customer center upgraded my internet connection due to bad speed. It was 250Mbps but I was getting less than 100Mbps so he upgraded it to 500Mbps. This is not from my own initiative, it was a solution to my problem. He told me that there will be no impact on my contract on this as well. Therefore, moving my contract date is very unreasonable.

i dont remember when was it exactly but it was about 3months after my contract started.
I do nof have any document aside from the original contract, the same date as my tv contract.
