Vodafone Red Internet & Phone Problem: Need customer support in English

Hello,

I am very new to Germany and have very limited German language knowledge. Recently, I ordered Vodafone Red Internet & Phone 250 Cable. Vodafone sent the hardware to my address, however, the wall cable is not included. I only got power cable, LAN cable and two phone cable. I went to Vodafone shop, the asked me to call customer service. I called customer service and waited for 1 hour to speak to the customer service agent, but they don't speak English. Anyone from Vodafone here able to help with my problem in English?
