You have to be patient for a few days, the process has to come first. Only the date of receipt is important for the termination anyway, everything else is then adjusted during processing. Since almost all customer advisors are currently working from home, processing can sometimes take a few days - depending on the number of calls. But within about 2 weeks you should have received the cancellation confirmation.
