Hello Team,
I have an active internet Kabel contract, however it's been long that I logged in to the myvodafone portal and when I logged in yesterday, mysteriously all my contract data has been deleted.
I tried to add a contract but I dont' have access code anymore, so I tried to order a new one with my customer number which I have but somehow I says that my customer number is wrong and I cannot add/access any contract details.
Point is I am moving to a different apartment and would like to register for umzug, but unfortunately can't do anything in the portal anymore?
Can someone help ?
