Renewal of the Gigakombi contract for another person

Hello!
I am an international student, and I rent an apartment with Internet access with a Gigakombi tariff for another girl. Can I draw up a contract for myself as now I live in this apartment instead of her? Also, the tariff must be conncted to my number, and not to hers.

(btw, I don't speak German good enough to call to Vodafone office of go there personally)

of course you can and must make your own contract. The other resident must report a move for her contract, but you have nothing to do with that.
