Hello Vodafone CABLE Internet Team,
I am moving permanently to abroad on September 30, 2021.
This letter is to cancel the Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Internet contract. As I'm moving out of Germany permanently due to my professional issues.
So please take a request cancel my Vodafone Kabel Deutschland Internet contract.
I'll send back the router (end of September 2021, please share the address)
and also a confirmation on the contact cancellation.
Please let me know the necessary steps for the contract termination, from when the contract will be canceled?

Hi kamak,
just use the moving service.The colleagues there know what to do and will then terminate the contract
accordingly.

I did that 3 months back and never heard back from Vodafone. I have to fly on 30th September, is there a way I can terminate the contract?
This is really embarressing now!
