I am trying to reach out anyone in Vodafone as I am paying my internet twice since October 2023, and I just figured out this the past days ago, and when I checked the transfers from my bank account, I found that the reference of the wrongful transfers contain a different customer number, which means that my IBAN got used by a fraud user, so I would like to request a refund for the wrongful amounts, and cancel the mandate of this user as they don't own the account.
