Haven't received "Vertragszusammenfassung"

I have tried to subscribe to the "GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel". I have received a mail titled "Deine Bestellung bei Vodafone BW " saying that I will receive the contract summary ("Vertragszusammenfassung") that I should read and confirm. I have however not receive this contract summary. How long does this usually take? How can I be sure that I will eventually receive it?
