End of 2 year- contract, and to extend a few month after

Hi, 

Our 24-months contract for a 1000 MBps expires in March 2022, but since we are moving to another apartment this year, we would like to only extend it for 2-3 months more. However I am not sure about the new terms/price etc. 

Can you check and conclude this?

If you have not yet terminated, the contract can be terminated at any time after the end of the minimum contract period (24 months) with a notice period of one month, so you don't have to do anything else.
