I'm having problems with my internet connection at home. Post Code - 80337, Munich.
The internet drops down frequently and comes back after rebooting or just after some time. Sometimes DOCSIS goes offline and a red light appears on the router but usually, the internet just disappears. Yesterday it happened 3 times or so during the middle of the day (12-16). Today - 2, last one 30m ago.
I tried raising the same problem with Vodafone support a couple of months ago but my case was closed because I couldn't speak German on the phone call with the technician. Hence, nothing has changed.
Can you help me, please? I'd like for the service technician to check the connection integrity in the house/flat ideally as I assume it might be the issue.
I can chat in German if required using a translator.
