Last Friday, March 17, I had a Vodafone router installed but I did not receive an activation code. I requested an activation code on Mein Vodafone but it was not successfully sent to my confirmed email. Can you tell me if it is being sent by post? There was no confirmation that it was sent or to which address. Any information in greatly appreciated.

activation cable-router needs no activation-codes or similar
(definitely in hessen, nordrheinwestfalen and baden-württemberg)
means: if the router is correctly connected to the data-socket in the wall but internet / power-led doesn't stop flashing: no signal is available!!
u will need support by a technician from vodafome - no costs 4 u !
