I hope this email finds you well.

I have 39.98€ Guthaben in my Vodafone account (due to reverse issue of relocation cost). Does this amount will automatically be paid to my bank account? Or do I have to do something for this amount to be paid to my bank account (sending mails etc.)?

You don't actually have to do anything to have the amount transferred to you. However, this may take a few weeks. You can also contact our customer support team via our WhatsApp chat on 0172 1217212.
