Hello,
I’m moving to a new apartment that has Internet already installed and I would like to cancel my contract. My Kd-Nr is xxxx. I am moving now, August 2019.
I got in contact with you via the website: no one answered but I got sent the document attached without further explanation.

Hello Alessandra,
Is the internet connection at your new address from us (vodafone)? Only if that's the case, your contract can be terminated prematurely.
To your second question: The contract holder cannot actually be changed.
