I have made a new contract with vodafone kabel (500MBps). and my contract (this contract is with my wife's name: ***) will start from 15th of october 2019. but i havent received my email/sms with the confirmation of sending of the router. can you please tell me has it been shipped yet? should i write the new kundennummer here?
I (Md ***) already a vodafone kabel 100MBps connection which will be terminated on 27th october 2019. My question is is it possible to use the same router for my new contract?

Hello arifoni,
the new hardware will be shipped on the desired date. Unfortunately, you cannot use the cable router of the previous contract.
