Without verification of email, how request has been accepted.

Contract is registered against

But why bill detaill is sent to my email id ?? What is going on ?

My personel data has been misuesed and i need an answer without verication, why it has been accepted by vodafone. this is identity fraud .. 

Maybe your e-Mail password is either weak or has been leaked.

So the first thing would be to change your e-mail account password ASAP.

 

Next thing: As long as the invoice does not state you as the person that has to pay for the contract, it might be a simple mistyping in the email that led to that problem.

another customer has entered the same e-mail address. We have corrected this and therefore you should not receive any further mails from the customer.
