brauche ganz schnell info, Warum ich bekomme Rechnung mit - 122,48 EUR

Dear Vodafone Team,
Sorry, I do not accept this false claim. 
Last year, I have raised concern 2 times to vodafone. I was always at home whenver the meeting was arranged. 

1) 1st Time technician came and he added another SCREW to my connection and Internet was then working better.
2) 2nd Time he didnt not appear to the appointment, I awaited all the day. Next day Internet was working automatically and therefore I didnt further asked.

THIS IS CHEATING - I will not pay any fees for not coming at my place or not giving any solution. 

I do not authorize this FALSE payment and need my money back to my credit card ASAP.

If this payment was not given back, I will certainly force to raise offciall complain and close this Vodafone connection.

Hello Chriag,

on 22th of September 2018 a technician was with you. unfortunately he did not meet you. He could not reach you also by telephone. This technician assignment was now calculated.

STOP putting false blaim on me....This is totally wrong and Not acceptable.

I was available entire day at my home. vodfaone service technician is totally making false assumption and I will not accept this at all. I need my money back which is additionally charged to me.

I do not authorize any further payment to be charged from my Credit card without my Notification/information.

If this problem is not solved I am going to stop this connection and have to disucss this with my Lawyer.

Need solution in next 3 Business days.
