I received a confirmation in September that my cable contract was cancelled, however I'm still being charged each month. I've already de-registered and left Germany, but I hope to return and am worried about my SCHUFA rating. My kunden portal even says I have no products/contracts. I returned the apparatus back in september using the retournerschein. How can I get in contact by telephon with customer service from abroad? Why am I still being charged?

You should have received a letter confirming the premature cancellation and including the information that according to German Telecommunications Laws and Regulations you will be charged the regular monthly fee for the three months following the cancellation.
