WLAN option not working with new Internet and Phone 200 plan

Hello Team,

 

I ahve got my new Vodafone Red Internet and Phone 200 plan with 24 months contract. I have got the WLAN cable router from Vodafone, however the WLAN is not working, when checked from My VOdafone it says WLAN option not booked.

 

Could you please help?

I'll be glad to help you. Have you already looked in your customer portal? There you can order the WLAN option directly.

 

If it doesn't work, I'll take a look. You simply send me your customer number, name, date of birth and address by private message and then register again here in the article.

I have booked WLAN option with the help of customer support chat service and it's working now .
