Sorry for wriitng in English, I am on a long journey to learning Deutsch
I have had a contract for 3 years and recently changed address.
I followed the online procedure and changed my credentials.
I have plugged in my box in the new place: Black KableBox 9A39
All lights are green the '@' cable light blinks green., but no internet connection.
I have been to vodafone and kabel deutschland 3 times and spent 1 hour in the shop each time with no solution.
Online my account is not 'activated' on their system. It has been almost 2 months and I am paying!
I was directed to call a certain number, they could not help and then I was directed here.
Please help I am researcher and need constant internet.

did you already told us about your move? Did you put the router to the "data" plug on the cable socket?

Yes, I changed my address online and even received the letter confirming my address has been changed.
I have had the box plugged into the cable line for a month.
All lights are green the '@' sign is blinking green but no connection.
I went to CableDeutschland and Vodafone twice and sat while they called different hotlines but nothing has changed.
Today, I checked my Vodafone online and it says 'contract expired!' - last week at Vodafone office it said 'inactivated!'
It was not working before all of this for weeks!
If I go to the office, they call the hotline, then the hotline tells me to find a solution here...

Actually, I am thinking. The apartment has kabel activated but my apartment only has 2 sockets instead of 3 in my old one.
Could this be the problem?

the socket issue could be the problem.
