Vodafone Tariff change

Hi,

I used to have the 400MBit /s tariff plan since a year for 17.99 Euro since I am young.

I had visited the Vodafone shop where I had made my contract to change it to a lower tariff plan (29.99 Euro) after 1 year as adviced by them in the very beginning.  They made a call to Vodafone customer care and said the tariff plan is changed to a lower one. But when the bill came, the tariff plan wasn't changed and the cost of the higher plan was withdrawn from my bank account.  

Please do the necessary to change the tariff plan to the lower one and refund the extra money that was taken from my bank account.

you can change to the following tariffs:

- Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable for 34,99 Euro /month

- Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable for 39,99 Euro /month

If you want to use a faster bandwidth again later, you can always upgrade.

Just let me know which tariff you want to change to, and I will help you.

Although the customer service I got from the Vodafone shop was also misleading about the available tariff.
