Hello team,
My Vodafone Sicherheitspaket was terminated on 28th Sep 2019 as per the letter sent to me on 1st Sep 2019.
However, I'm still being billed for the same each month. Could you please fix this and refund me the extra amount that was taken from me for past 3 months?
