This is the usual tactics used by vodafone. They give you a ticket number and keep you waiting. One sudden day, either ticket is closed without resolution or the ticket gets lost in system. I am dealing this problem for 7 months. I am going take legal action. Recorded videos of problem, ticket numbers sms from technical support, my emails, etc.
Join the club, sadly.

hey funny check the number of concerns, complaints in community, facebook page and in internet. Do you need more proof to certify vodafone quality. Soon you will be losing all customers. you are just money looters.

You don't have any idea on how about the internet works, don't you?

hey self procalimed wise .,
I am qualified electronics and communication engineer. A network specialist and software programmer who created end to end web application and mobile application that works in internet.
Should we start from protocol to authetication to packets of data transfer and to encoding /decoding.
dont put technology an excuse to your stupid incompetent network. I have been in 6 countries working for several years.
first you and vodafone germany learn those technology and improve your service. I am a vodafone customer in home country for 15 years. Your network lacks basic infrastructure, poor customer support, worst service ever.

Also, I wanted to ask you a basic question to so called wise person.
In what way a customer support relates to internet? its basic service any vendor needs to provide.
you open a ticket and sms the ticket number? This should be managed by an system or software in the back office.
Suddenly your tech support members says he cannot find the ticket number.
Next time you raise a ticket and tech support member says the ticket is closed after 1 month as there is no resolution. Grow up and know about software lifecycle. Raise a bug in the incident management tool and get this issue fixed through IT service provider.
To tear your mask away, i am sure this is not back end or software issue. Definitely, its incompetency or incapability of the team on ground to fix the issue. As you cant, forcefully or fraudulently you close the ticket in the system.
sick !! grow up!! Let me know I will teach you the internet and technology.

Nobody cares.
I wasn't talking about the technoligy of the internet.
It's not my network anyway.
Don't come with that service-thing. It's boring.

Cheers. You are a twin sibling to vodafone. You know nothing about internet, service, nor technology.
I see you as synonymn for vodafone deutschland who just support and writes in forum with no value.
But you take all rights to always challenge a customer with no value or quality on self.
Go and find a fool . try to sell your trick like vodafone does.

I use the internet now since early 2005. Sure. I have no idea about it.
Service is given at the point someone takes care of an issue. It can't be good nor bad in my opinion. There is service, or there is not.
