Unable to add contract to MeinVodafone account

I signed up for a Red Internet & Phone 150 Cable tariff through the Check24 website. I was moving to a new address at the time and therefore set the new address as the delivery address for Vodafone mail and deliveries. Vodafone also confirmed my correct email address for e-correspondence.

 

However, I did not receive any contract letter by post, even though I received the modem successfully last week. I have not been able to view my contract details or contract email on MeinVodafone because I do not know my customer number or contract number.  I have not been able to check when my Internet service is supposed to start.

 

I have set up the modem, but it does not connect to the Internet. I don't speak German, so I have not been able to get help from the service hotline: I cannot get past the answering machine. Can somebody help me please?

As soon as you connect your cable router and it is activated, your contract begins.
