Since I moved to my new residence (November 2019), I have been unable to access my bills online. The bills stop at November 2019 and the online portal seems to indicate that my contract is no longer valid.
Confusingly, I receive the e-mails (on the same e-mail address) for new bills (and the connection works) but upon following the link in the e-mails, I see that they do not exist on the online platform.
Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

Hello musically_ut,
maybe you have received a new customer number due to the move. Then you have to add the contract in your customer account again.
