URGENT _Contract not disabled since a week. English customer care not possible.

Hello Team,

I have cancelled the new contract in last week and i havent recieved any cancellation email since 7th August 2020.

I asked customer care multiple times and they confirmed that contract is cancelled over phone but haven't received any confirmation email from Unitymedia/Vodafone support. When i try to get a new connection , It is not possible since the old contract is seen active for the same address.


I need confirmation email from team over email to proceed with new connection.


English support is not possible over hotline.

Need urgent resolution.

please send me a PM with information about the contract owner, date of birth and complete address + customer number (if you have it at hand). I will then send you a confirmation of cancellation.
