So I sent an e-mail to your support, which was a useless waste of time. Instead of answering my question or forwarding it to someone who can, they were just like "i dont know, try the English speakers on the forum?" Super helpful. You guys should really be applauded for completely refusing to do anything useful.

 

Anyway, here's the thing I need help with: I cancelled my contract a few months ago, it ends this month. Two days ago, I received a charge of 54 Euros and I don't know for what. I want:

1. to know what that charge is for

2. to have someone confirm that my contract is, in fact, cancelled and I won't have to be a Vodafone customer anymore ever again

3. instructions on what to do with the modem i still have

Hello,

your contract ends on 20th of july 2020 we always calculate the fees in advance for the whole month. As soon as the contract is cancelled, we will refund the overcharged fees.

Thanks for clearing that up. Just for reference, people don't generally like it when you charge them money they don't actually owe you, whether you refund it later or not.
