Transfer via Transferwise is not visible

Hi Admins, can somebody help me to correct my last payment via Transferwise?

The last 4,5 Eur transfer was sent on 21th of January with my user number, but it looks like that it is not accepted. I have the Überweisungsbestätigung in pdf, I can send you in pm.

Maybe because Transferwise did not transfer the whole amount you should've sent?

Please be advised that you have to pay all the fees incurring if not having a German bank account - this especially covers all transaction and exchange fees.

 

And why using Transferwise and not a "regular" service like a usual SEPA transfer?

Even if you are not within the EU anymore, you might use the BIC/SWIFT method.

The whole amount was transferred, the additional fee was paid as a side payment. I think, the user account number was not forwarded correctly, so the system can not identify it. This was not the first transfer, the previous was arrived correctly.

 

I used this method because my bank has high fees in case of foreign transfers.
