I am Sneha Nair. My kudennummer- 9337*****, vertragsnummer- 9769*****
I had a vodafone cable connection and now i have shifted to a student dorm where i already have a internet connection from studentwohnheim. Therefore internet connection from outside is not allowed.
Previous address of connection:******** , 80689.
Present address after moving: ******* , 81377.
Please consider my request for contract cancellation.

You already informed on 9th of May our customer service about your move . You also sent the confirmation of registration. The colleagues have already taken care of the cancellation. You will receive the confirmation in the coming days. But the address is different. What is correct now?
