Termination of KabelDeustchland internet contract before the contract period

I will be moving back to my home country on 29th March 2019. Hence, i would like to terminate my contract

What is the procedure for the same ?

you've come to the right place. In this case we can terminate the contract with a period of 3 months starting from the day of the move. Please send me your customer number, name and address in a private message.

the cancellation has been processed and you will receive a confirmation. If you cancel your bank account, the remaining fees must be transferred.
