Termination of Kabel contract

Hello Vodafone team,

 

I had contract for DSL broadband internet along with Kabel TV. The DSL broadband was terminated due to some problems with connection. So I returned the equipments and I got the confirmation for the same in March 2019. Subsequently I also requested to cancel the Kabel TV contract which was approved and also got the confirmation letter on email. Also the Giga TV devices were returned back.

 

But till now the Kabel TV contract is not terminated and still being billed to me. Also I have not received any refund for the same.

 

Please let me know what should I do further.

thanks for your pm.

 

Unfortunately this mail, which you received from DSL customer service, was not forwarded to the cable department.

 

But now we have it. I will terminate the contract retroactively so that the bills can be refunded.

Hi Surender,

 

the contract has not been terminated. According to the available information, it should be revoked. However, this does not apply to contracts concluded in the course of trade. Why was the DSL contract not activated?

I understand your point. But it was confirmed in letter through email that the Kabel contract will also be terminated and I can send the devices back.

The DSL contract was terminated because it had subsequent disconnections and Telekom people took each time 5-6days for visit.
