Dear Madame/Sir,
I would like to ask about the due course to be taken in order to cancel my Internet+Cable contract and prevent its automatic prolongation. I tried consulting one of the Vodafone branches, but due to language barriers I could not understand exactly what to do. Officially my current contract expires on August 18th 2018.

which contract should be cancelled, TV or internet & phones? The cancellation of the contract(s), i can set in the system
May I ask why you want to quit?

internet & telephone will be finished on 18.08.2018, the TV package on 25.08.2018. You still get the confirmation, there it is also once again in it.
