I tried to contact Vodafone with the "termination contact form" link, I got an answer asking me to post a message here on the forum.
I would like to cancel my contract. I assume I will have to send you couple of information by private message ?

Indeed, I'm moving out of my current flat to a WG (in Germany) which has already an internet provider.
I'm looking for the fastest/cheapest way of resignating.

is the cable connection possible in the new apartment? Unfortunately, it does not matter whether another provider is already being used there if the contract can be taken along. Then only a normal cancellation at the end of the term is possible.
I do not really know if in the new flat the cable connection is possible, how can I know ? If I give you the new address can you check ?
In any cases, even if you succeed to move my current contract to the new address, I want to terminate my contract like a "normal" cancellation. The end of my contract commitment should be on the 02.04.2020.
I want a confirmation that no automatic extention of my current contract will happen.
