i've marked the tariff change. The change can take place however only to 17.04.2019, since at this time only the 12 months are past. But you don't have to do anything now, we have arranged everything.

Welchen Tarif hast du im Moment, ein Downgrade ist wärend der Vertragslaufzeit nicht möglich.

I have 2-year contract with Vodafone DE which ends in April 2020.

Currently, my tariff plan is 400Mbps which I need to downgrade to 50Mbps.

My customer number is xxxxx where you could find all the details.

thanks for your PN.

I've looked at everything and after 12 months you can switch to the Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable rate for 29.99 Euro/month. You can change your contract in the middle of April at the earliest.

I want to thank for changes done in tariff plan.

Currently, I am experiencing speed issues after the tariff change.

I never get 50Mbps or near it as mentioned in tariff.
