Tarif change after the 1st year of contract

Dear Sir or Madam,

We've got Red Internet & Phone Young 500 Cable now for about a year and we want to change it to 400 or 300 Cable one. What should we do for that?

Hi RomanandMaria,

are you sure that you have been offered the change to 300 or 400 in the order confirmation? There is no 300 for cables at all and the 400 are almost the same price. Please have a look in the order confirmation, which tariffs are listed there.
