Sicherheitspaket cancel

Hi,

hope you have a nice week. I'm a new customer of Vodafone since September and in my bill for November I have seen that I was charged for the "Sicherheitspaket" option which I never booked on my own. I find it a very bad practice to enable options that customer didn't ask for.  Can you please disable it as I don't need it?

The security package can be cancelled with a notice period of 4 weeks. I have terminated my notice of termination on time. You will also receive a written confirmation.

Hello Oleksandr,

 

you have the security package for 2 months free of charge for testing. Nobody wanted to upset you with that. In order to cancel the security package, I need your customer data. Please send me your customer number, your name and address by private message and then write me again in the article.
