Dear Sir/Ma'am,

 

I received an email on 15 April, 2019 from Vodafone about my bill. Since I have submitted SEPA, do I need to pay something separately or the amount will be automatically deducted?

 

Additionally, per email from Vodafone dated 11 March 2019 (trailed below) you said that you had cancelled my Sicherheitspaket. However, I just saw in the bill I received that I have been charged for the Sicherheitspaket, again. Is it not cancelled? Request you to refund the amount.

Hi orko,

 

if we have a SEPA mandate from you, we will automatically debit it.

 

I suppose the cancellation and the bill have overlapped. This will be cleared automatically with the next invoice.
