Dear Team,
I've both Mobile and kabel contract. Now i Would like to cancel my kabel contract.
The only reason to cancel my contract is, Ive changed home and current home is already equiped with Internet. I do not have provison to connect my router.
I'd send a letter to vodafone team to cancel my contract couple of months back. No response from the team. And i'd reached to near by vodafone stores. But none has helped me on this. I am paying every monthwith out using the internet since March 2019.
This is not good. Vodafone team is known that, I've changed the house (charged the reloaction charges on address), but ignored my request. this is not good at all.
Can you please cancel my kabel contract.
