Hello,
I ordered my Red Internet and Phone 100 Cable around a month ago, and like someother people I am having difficulties due to the language barrier to find out what status my connection is currently at. I have my router installed and have registered as required but now have no visability of when my connection will be put in place.
I have tried the phone numbers and looked online in my account but need some help please!
